Corrosion Protection Systems

When unprotected pipelines are exposed to the atmosphere, or submerged in water, they are affected by corrosion, which in turn can weaken the structure of the pipeline and make it unsafe for the transportation of the material inside the pipeline. However, when applying the proper protective coatings in conjunction with Cathodic protection systems, corrosion to new pipelines can be prevented, and existing corrosion can be maintained.
