Shawcor’s Connection Systems team will be welcoming guests at booth #1552 to introduce our application equipment designed to install and shrink splice sealing products for automotive applications.
Our DSG-Canusa automotive product line includes heat shrinkable tubing, adhesive-lined or single-wall, water-blocking materials, protection sleeves and caps, and application equipment to automate the shrink process.
We provide a full range of technically advanced shrink appliances, from standard shrink machines to custom machines for unique applications.

At this years show we will be featuring three of our heat shrink application machines. You will be able to see live demonstrations of how our application equipment applies heat shrink tubing to spliced wiring.
||The DERAY®-Shuttle 240 / 60 is a single table-top workstation and a semiautomatic shrinking device for sealing and insulating ultrasonically welded- and crimped ring cable lugs, tubular cable lugs and end splices. The shrink device has two independent frames, in which up to 20 applications can be shrunk per cycle. The machine is capable of processing cable cross sections of up to 85 mm².
||The DERAY®-PSP 240-S shrinking machine is a semiautomatic unit designed to install and shrink splice sealing products with a maximum of 5 splices in one work operation onto ultrasonically welded or crimped splice joints. The maximum sum of nominal cable cross section per inserted splice is 15 mm². The stand-alone workstation is designed for manually applying splice assembled with DERAY®-SpliceMelt heat shrink tube or caps.
||DERAY®-SpliceMan IR is a semiautomatic unit with infrared heating elements designed to seal and insulate ultrasonically welded- and crimped splice joints. The maximum sum of nominal cable cross section per inserted splice is max. 38 mm².
