Field-Applied 3LPP System
GTS-PP™ 3LPP field-applied coating system remains the world’s leading joint coating for 3LPP coated pipelines. Being comprised of the same materials as the 3LPP factory-applied coatings, the GTS-PP™ system offers equivalent performance as the factory-applied coating. GTS-PP fuses to the 3LPP factory-applied coating with relatively low installation temperatures. Additionally, the GTS-PP™ system is fully compatible for use with induction heating and Canusa’s IntelliCOAT®.
Field-Applied 3LPE System
GTS-PE™ 3LPE field-applied coating system is the world’s first joint coating technology designed with the same materials as the 3LPE factory-applied coatings. Compared to other factory grade 3LPE coating systems, GTS-PE™ provides very low installation temperatures and a proven, uniform and repeatable application process. Additionally, the GTS-PE™ system is fully compatible for use with induction heating and Canusa’s IntelliCOAT®.

Field-Applied PP and PE Repair Products
Canusa’s Factory Grade Repair Products for factory-applied 3LPP and 3LPE coatings provide excellent adhesion and shear resistance at high pipeline operating temperatures. The repair products have been uniquely designed to be fully compatible with the mainline pipeline coating. Comprised of the same materials as the mainline coatings, the repair products offer equivalent performance as the factory-applied coating.
The IntelliCOAT® system is the world's first fully-automated system to control the application of heat-shrink sleeves for the corrosion protection of pipeline field joints and is our latest contribution to the advancement of pipeline coatings.
